Testing and Strengths
- DiSC Classic 2.0 profile, prepared by Resources Unlimited. I tested out with a high value for "C" (Conscientiousness), which winds up pegging me as a "Perfectionist." This is largely accurate, though some details are off, notably it's analysis regarding flexibility. I find myself to be far more flexible than the profile indicates. But, as with everything else, it's just another analysis tool based on aggregate data. No profile fits perfectly. (09/27/2007)
