  This is the official website of the “Jesus Camp” kids’ camp director. Good, bad, extreme? You be the judge.
• Does God Want You To Be Rich? (TIME magazine — 09/18/06)
  An excellent, balanced presentation of prosperity doctrine and it’s major proponents today, and its opponents. Worth the read.
• Where Were You on 9/11?
  Anonymous and not-so-anonymous reflection on this tragic day in history. I remember where I was when Reagon was shot, when the Challenger shuttle exploded, and when the Wall came down. Do you remember where you were on 9/11?
• Ted Haggard distances himself from “Jesus Camp” film (Denver Post)
  Haggard, president of the NAE, said he “can learn as much about the Catholic Church from ‘Nacho Libre”" … as a nonevangelical can learn about evangelicalism from “Jesus Camp.”
• Resourcing American Pentecostalism (academic resources for teaching about Pentecostals)
  A variety of teaching tools given at a 2004 conference at by the A/G Theo. Sem.. Hhistorians, theologians, administrators, archivists, editors and media experts provide different ways to access Pentecostal traditions academically.
• Spiritual Tidal Wave, The Origins and Impact of Pentecostalism (Speaking of Faith from American Public Media)
  Extensive public radio programming covering pentecostalism. Features Cecil M. Robeck, Jr. and Arlene Sanches Walsh as well as selected conversatons on Pentecostalism from the archives of the program. Check this out.
• Ethnic Leaders are ‘Integral Part’ of Assemblies of God (Christianpost.com)
  “Our [executive] leadership has made it clear to ethnic leaders that (the districts and fellowships they represent) aren’t an extension, but an integral part of the A/G,” (Efraim Espinoza, director of the Office of Hispanic Relations)
• Bush Tells Group He Sees a ‘Third Awakening’ (Washington Post via slantright.com)
  Bush told a group of conservative journalists that he notices more open expressions of faith among people he meets during his travels, and he suggested that might signal a broader revival similar to other religious movements in history.
• Apparently faith has consequences: “Is God dead in Europe?” from USA Today
  Among the consequences of Europe’s abandonment of its religious roots and the [resulting] moral code is a plunge in birth rates to below the replacement level. … Europe is “committing demographic suicide, systematically depopulating itself.”
